This is my story/nightmare about my 2002 Oldsmobile Alero repairs.

My car has been in for repairs since April 30th, 2015.

Saturday, May 23rd, 2015 at 1:31 p.m. I called and there was no answer. I got the voicemail. I have not heard from anyone from Central Autos since I called and spoke to Ron Tuesday, May 19th, 2015. Maybe Ron is playing hooky again.

Tuesday, May 26th, 2015 I received a call from Doug from his cell phone. I didn't get to it in time so called him back immediately. He did not answer so I called his business number at Central Union Autos. He told me that he had called me prematurely. That they had the vapor lock or air pockets or whatever figured out but that the radiator hoses then all needed to be changed. I asked how many there are and Doug told me a dozen different sizes. He said they had those finished but then the vent hose to the reservoir tank when building pressure was shooting water out of the hose. He said not to expect a call back from him this night. Oh yes he said that he would have to look it up on some website where he gets info on car repair. Some company called Mitchell or Mitchell1. He also joked and said that he didn't want to see my car back there again until it needs an oil change.

Lesson learned: Do not take your car to be repaired to a business that is just starting up.
