This is my story/nightmare about my 2002 Oldsmobile Alero repairs. My car has been in for repairs since April 30th, 2015. Again on Saturday, June 13, 2015 At 1:05 p.m. Doug Pattridge called again. This time he said that he is pissed at his workers/mechanics, Brian and Allen. I think he said Brian and know for sure he said Allen as he has mentioned Allen before. Doug said there is a system leak somewhere. They need to use a pressure checker. He said that these guys (his mechanics) don't have as much experience as he was led to believe. They do not understand that there is a certain order or way of doing things with working on cars Doug said. He said that come Monday he will make sure that the pressure checker is used. Telling me more he said that there has to be a completely sealed system before using the airlift? he wants to get this done first then can put it up on the new hoist now that they have that installed and can look up under the car. Doug then starts telling me that he is so sorry and apologetic and again as once before proceeds to tell me that this will be his greatest accomplishment in life. That is, getting my car repaired. He then starts talking again about a pressure checker and something about needing to have a closed pressure system. There can't be any leaks. Doug then says that come Monday he will have the entire system checked. That it is creating an air pocket somewhere. He then says that he can't apologize enough. Doug then asks me if I have heard of or been to Kelley's Woodfired Bistro in Wonewoc, Wisconsin. It seems that his girlfriend loves the place and would go twice a week if he took her. He continues to say that when he gets this car back to me that he will take me there. That he and I and his girlfriend will go out to eat there. Huh? What's with that? Why would I possibly want to go out to eat with them? Thinking more about this after the phone conversation with him I thought I should have told him that No I had not heard of it as I don't have a car to get out and go places! Duh! I had told him that I haven't been to Wonewoc in a long time. Wonewoc, Wisconsin is only 14 miles from here in Kendall, Wisconsin where I live so no it's not far at all but yes not having a vehicle since October 2014 leaves me kind of stranded. I get out once a month to Elroy, Wisconsin 6 miles from here to go grocery shopping. That's it, since October 2014, for my venturing out. So again as usual the conversation with Doug Pattridge had been left saying that I would be waiting to hear from him. If I don't hear from him Monday, June 15th, 2015, I will be taking some kind of action. Out of curiosity I looked up Kelley's Woodfired Bistro in Wonewoc, Wisconsin. I can't think of other places I would prefer to go. I've really been wanting a gyro from Dairy Island in Mauston, Wisconsin. I love gyros! Kelley's Woodfired Bistro Facebook Page
