This is my story/nightmare about my 2002 Oldsmobile Alero repairs. My car has been in for repairs since April 30th, 2015. Wednesday, June 17th, 2015 At 5:21 p.m. Doug Pattridge, owner of Central Union Autos called me. The usual conversation. I ask how things are going. He said not fantastic. He can't wait to tell me that things are fantastic. He then goes on to tell me that his girlfriend's brakes went out on her car so he's had to work on that today and as he went back to work on my car then the car that his girlfriend had borrowed won't shift into gear so he had to go pick her up which he was doing as he was talking to me. Back to more about my car. He tells me that something went wrong from the head and that it will be put all back together starting back down to the basics. To the original problem. That his mechanics did something wrong. He will have to buy everything again but it won't cost me anything. He gets to where his girlfriend is to pick her up. Proceeds to tell me that he will start on my car tonight and that he will need to have the heads milled. He says he doesn't know as much and it's why he hired mechanics so that he could sell cars. Tells me that his mechanics have been gone for a week and a half. Tells me that he called me to update me. That he's flat out pissed off that I don't have my car. He goes on to say that you can't trust people and that he's bound and determined to get my car back to me in full working order. Will call me tomorrow. blah blah blah blah blah.
