My 2002 Oldsmobile Alero was at Central Union Autos from April 30th to August 5th, 2015. That was way too long. I received the first invoice on July 1st, 2015 and the 2nd invoice after prodding Doug Pattridge, the owner, on August 17th, 2015. Below is a voicemail that he left. I figured out how to record my voicemail on August 19th. I only wish that I had figured out how to do that for some of the other voicemail I received from Doug Pattridge. There actually had only been a few but if I had known how to record these voicemail I would have made sure not to answer so as to have records of the strange things he has sometimes told me. The excuses he has come up with as to why my car was not being repaired on days when I had called for updates.

Below is a voicemail that Doug Pattridge, owner of Central Union Autos, left for me about why it took so long to get my invoice to me. This voicemail was left on August 17th, 2015 at 2:19 p.m. Click below to hear it.

Below is a picture of the 2nd invoice I received. My car was brought in to Central Union Autos on April 30th, 2015 but I did not receive this invoice until August 17th, 2015. This invoice does not add up to what I was told that the cost of the head was that he found to replace the original head. I was told on May 6th, 2015 that a new head runs $800 to $900 but a used head had been found for $219. I don't see that price on the invoice below. I also do not understand why it says "Sent head to "AUTOMOTIVE MACHINE AND WELDING LLC" in New Lisbon. Invoice #120 to be seen for details. Shouldn't I have a right to that invoice as well?
