This is my story/nightmare about my 2002 Oldsmobile Alero repairs. My car has been in for repairs since April 30th, 2015. Tuesday, June 16th, 2015 At 7:09 p.m. Doug Pattridge, owner of Central Union Autos called me. The usual conversation. I ask how things are going. He proceeds to tell me this time that the guy that was coming over to help him on my car got there late as this guy also had a job to do at his shop. There was a cracked hose and other hose overtightened. Doug tells me that it's Ron and Allen's (his mechanics) fault. That this guy coming to help him knows a little bit more than Ron and Allen. He then goes on to tell me that it's not the waterpump. That works great. Doug says he will be coming in early in the morning and then says something about the worst case will be that they have to go all the way down to the head again so that the guy helping him will be able to see it all properly. He goes on about how he's very close to seeing what the problem is now. That he has the tool now for seeing the pressure. He's going to tackle it all. Working very hard at getting it. The guy coming over to help him he is paying Why he tells me this stuff I don't know. Doug again says that he's making my car his 1st priority and that he called the guy helping him and this guy was telling him what to do. Doug said that this guy did help him find out that the waterpump is good. Then he tells me that this guy has a job lined up tomorrow but will be coming over to help Doug tomorrow. So the conversation ends again with me being told that he will call me.
